We have a few quick updates to call your attention to for this week!
Call for Volunteers for the District Band Pageant
Our last update included information about the band pageant coming this Wednesday November 10. We need several parent volunteers to help with a few different areas. This includes concessions, sweet shop, and the BBQ grill. We also need three parents to help other district-wide parents with tickets sales, programs, etc.
Sign up today for any one of these options here. Two shifts are available. But you’re welcome to sign up for both :-). Please sign up ASAP!
We are asking that only non-Senior parents volunteer to allow parents of our seniors the opportunity to watch their student at their last band pageant.
Last Chance for Students to Sell Band Pageant Tickets
As a reminder, each student was given 5 tickets to sell. If you need more tickets please ask Mr. King. The sales from these tickets will go directly to your Student/Family donation account.
Please return all unsold tickets and cash proceeds Wednesday morning during Zero period.
LAST CALL for Holiday Wreath Fundraiser Orders
All order forms and payments need to be turned in by Monday morning, November 8!
If you placed an online order at https://sherwoodfundraiser.com/VHSTigerRegiment, you must make the payment separately through one of the available payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. When making the payment, it’s important that the buyer specifies the Regiment member in order for them to get credit for the sale.
Please bring any physical order forms and payments today at rehearsal or Monday morning at zero period and put them into the Black Box.
We need to place our order on Monday in order to get the wreaths in time.
And don’t forget our other fundraising opportunities including The Whole Enchilada this week on November 11 and See’s Candies orders that are due November 15th. Check out our previous update for details.
In addition, we have the Savannah Field Tournament next Saturday. Stay tuned for details!
We appreciate everyone’s support of the program. Looking forward to a great week!
