Annual Pancake BreakfastSeptember 23rd, 2023
This is our annual pancake breakfast fundraiser. This not only provides for the general fund, but also can help your student contribute to their individual family donation.
We will be providing a full breakfast including pancakes, sausages and a beverage. It will be held in the Valencia High School lunch area. And as an extra special treat, the students will be performing music from the field show at 9:30AM.
You won’t want to miss that!Tickets are $7 each. With each ticket sold, $3.50 will go towards your family donation. The more tickets sold, the more it helps both you and the entire program! So spread the word and invite your family, friends and neighbors!
Your student should have received an order form as well as 5 tickets to get them started. Once those tickets are sold, more can be requested. Payments can be made via:
-Check (payable to Valencia Instrumental Parents)
-Zelle (Valencia Instrumental Parents or email: email@example.com).
*For non-cash payments, please note the Student’s Name and “Pancake Breakfast” (ex. Frank Bear – Pancake Breakfast).
If you completed the form once and you get more people to come, just complete the form again for the second set of people. Be sure to inform those who are coming to park in the main parking lot and come through the main entrance. We will have signs directing visitors.
We Need Volunteers!!
As with any event, we can’t pull it off without the help of others. We’ll need several people for:
- Set up and Tear down
- Frying pancakes and sausages
- Floaters – help where needed
